The Lowndes/Valdosta Chapter of the Fort Valley State University Alumni Association is hosting our annual alumni banquet on Friday, March 27 beginning at 7p.m. The program features keynote speaker, Dr. Ivelaw Griffith, President of Fort Valley State University, and music by the Sharper Boys, who were the Georgia 6A State Quartet Champions for 2014. They are Valdosta High School students.

Forty-three high school students from: Valdosta, Lowndes, Colquitt, Brooks and Cook High Schools made the journey up to the campus of The Fort Valley State University for Open House today and ,according to the chaperones, things are going well. Will fill in the details later.

The banquet put on by the Lowndes/ Valdosta Chapter of the Fort Valley State University on March 27, 2015 was a rousing success. Dr. Ivelaw Griffith was the keynote speaker and the Sharper Boys provided stellar entertainment. :clap:
