I thought that area was Fort Washington.  I've never heard it being called Friendly, but apparently it is.

IT IS NOT CALLED FRIENDLY.

Actually parts that most think is fort Washington is called friendly has its on zip code. It's one of them deals like how Hyattsville runs to Landover so towns could be called either. Very interesting I always wondered where the school naming came from

Are these the richest communities. ... "Or simply the richest NEIGHBORHOODS"?

There are plenty of places where folks simply own clusters of big houses together ... but that doesn't necessarily make it a true "community".  Sometimes it's about more than alotta people with nice wages living behind wrought iron gates &/or fences & walls.

It is, to me,the richest neighborhoods (at least for Maryland )

Kettering and Woodmore are developments, not cities or communities.

Woodmore has/had a lot of athletes, entertainment and business people living there.

Kettering is in Largo, Maryland and Woodmore is in Mitchellville, Maryland  which is close to
Mitchellville, Maryland which was developed into several neighborhoods from farmland.
I am not competing with anyone but myself.
I simply want to be a better person today than I was yesterday.

Interesting that they separated Ladera Heights, Baldwin Hills and View Park / Windsor Hills. Those communities all run together. I was just down there Monday night at the Baldwin Hills / Crenshaw Mall Rave theater to see the Wedding Ringer.

I was there last week . I like the Windsor area more than Baldwin Hills , where the homes appeared on top of each other.

I thought the movie was replaced with a Chase Bank.

With all the divisive rhetoric on social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, websites such as ours, especially message boards, are under the watchful eye of the Internet giants. And those giants are coming down hard on sites like this one due to the perception of the need for better "oversight".

We recognize the cultural conflict that exists and over the past few months we've been accused of allowing content in posts/threads that supposedly violates some advertiser's policies. Those threads weren’t an issue in the past, but for some reason, they are an issue now. And we are being penalized (financially) because of it.
