You tell me K----, because the only reason you voted for him is because he's Black and you assumed he would do something miraculous for Black folk beside making them walking around proud inspite having 15 -17% unemployment rate and 43% of Black youth between the ages of 18 to 26 being unemployed. Now I know your old butt isn't sitting behind a computer coming at me all sideways like you lost what ever sense you had left. You have no idea who I voted for and why I decided to do so.

And no I wouldn't bash a president over the black unemployment rate especially since it has been shown in many threads on this message board that since before WWII, the black unemployment rate has been double of whites.

That's why I posed the question you old fool; no president has been able to get a grasp on that number.

Jimmy Carter got voted out bacause of high oil prices, and the Iranian hostages  and the overall economy.

Bush - got voted out because of his no new taxes pledge and a third part candidate - Perot.

• The Recovery Act that President Obama signed into law kept 1.4 million African Americans out of poverty
through tax credits, improvements in unemployment insurance, an increase in food stamps, and relief for
retirees, veterans, and people with disabilities. More than one billion dollars for job training and summer
jobs programs for urban youth were provided through the Obama administration’s Recovery Act.
• The President’s Recovery Act allotted $1.25 billion in funding to help re-train the unemployed so they
could find work.

It's pretty clear and evident that privately held corporations have refused to hire Black workers. The unemployment numbers don't lie. Is the expectation that President Obama issue an Executive Order forcing privately held corporations to hire Black people? What about the creation of a new federal agency on Black employment, which will monitor the unemployment rates of Blacks and sanction those corporations who do not hire Black?
