I cut my "WHOLE" Chicken Breast into Cutlets, Strips and Nuggets.

The process described in the clip is applicable to those nuggets that are pressed and formed.  This would be inclusive of the items sold by McDonald's for example.  Some chains, such as Zaxby's or Chic Fil A, actually use cut natural breast pieces.
