Why spend taxpayers dollars on such a ridiculous law...there are too many other pressing issues in our communities that require our attention.

Hopefully, the "saggy pants" is a fashion trend that will run it's course in due time. Oh, by the way I do despise the look.

just how in the heck are they gonna enforce this?  if i was a cop, i wouldn't be picking up folks for sagging jeans....

Peer pressure and parents will control that more than any law ever could.

BINGO!!!!

Thing is... the peer pressure is to sag. :(

And not every home is a two parent or even a RESPONSIBLE parent home.

Which leaves us with cops riding around, throwing kids with their butts hanging out into the backs of squad cars and rushing them off to juvie or jail.

It's just job security for the prison industrial complex. >:(
