Which Era or Year Was Your Band's Best?
« on: March 22, 2011, 12:04:00 AM »
If you've got a YouTube clip,  feel free to post it.

I'd have to go with the Dowell Taylor bands of the late 1980s-1990.

You guys were a BEAST in 1998 and 1999.  What yall did at SU's Homecoming in '99 should be against the law.

2004 FVSU at Miles College

5th Quarter 2004 FVSU at Miles College

I would also say the '90s and early 2000s when the band was much larger. I don't know why it always a battle with MILLS back during those days. They would turn the stadium lights off and they would still be battling.

1998-1999 FVSU at Morris Brown
I was in school then...yezzir!

1996-1997 FVSU at Morris Brown
Memories...freshmen year in the "Valley"

That 1996-96 show was hot. Wish we could bring that same intensity to our shows now a days.    :tiptoe:
