The North Carolina Central University Division of Bands Presents "Band Blast & Clinics" 2011, on April 9th from 8am-5pm at the LeRoy T. Walker Complex Gymnasium, on the campus of North Carolina Central University. Scholarship auditions will also be held during Band Blast. And those giants are coming down hard on sites like this one due to the perception of the need for better "oversight".
