Sats do not have sensors that can detect underwater pressure caused by the buildup of water as it pushes in a given direction.

But, hey.... It benefit the people and save lives, so lets get rid of it, right?  ::)

There are sensors that detect underwater plate movements.  Satellites can track movement.  They should be able to track and warn people of tsunamis.

There are IDIOTS who have completely bought into the conservative ideology of "Damn the consequences; cut everything!"

These are the SAME people who consistently vote in favor of the the rich AGAINST their own best interests.

THESE people are truly a threat to our standard of living and as you can see, the health and safety of this Nation.
