Steve horse shoe mouth is the one being a dumb a-- in this situation. Tom has apologized and he refused over and over again to acknowledge his apology.

Wow! I don't really listen to the TJMS that much since Steve came on. So, I really don't know the issue.

I will say this...surely there were a GA-zillion other people that Tom could have had on his show other than Steve's ex.

How was having Mary Harvey on his show wrong? Oh my god if he feels he is wrong by that I will NEVER listen to him again.

I didn't say it was wrong to have her on the show. I said there were a GA-zillion other folk he could have had on he shpw as a guest. I would say the same thing if he had you on the show. Who is Mary Harvey other than Steve Harvey's ex-wife?

Guys, your humble poster listens to the TJMS just about every morning.  I heard the Mary Harvey interview live on the day it ran.  I was absolutely DUMBFOUNDED that he would have this lady on.  When Tom mentioned on the air before the interview that he did not have this lady on to talk about her "personal" life, I simply couldn't believe my ears.  I'm sorry, but that was a FLAT-OUT lie.

The woman had made several youtube videos BLASTING her ex, so WHAT ELSE could she have been on to talk about but her personal life?!?!?! I mean, seriously, the woman wasn't invited to share her views on the then ongoing uprising in Egypt, nor was she ever asked about that matter.

The woman was invited on to boost RATINGS, pure and simple, EXACTLY as GAL mentioned.  Tom and Steve compete headon in a NUMBER of radio markets, Nashville being one of them.  I actually tuned into Steve's show after Mary's interview on Tom, something I don't normally do, to see whether there was any reaction on his show.

And the fact that it has now been determined that Tom ALLOWED Mary on his show to spew a bunch of LIES makes her appearance even THAT more eggregious.

I could go on, but I won't.  Suffice it to say that it was definitely NOT one of Tom's finest hours.  :(
