I'm gonna do it to tone up the upper body a bit....anyone done it before?  i heard it was intense and challenging.....i'm just looking to firm the abs, obliques, peck, biceps, triceps and lats...they don't have the size nor firmness they once had in the 90's....

You can try it, but my experience is that nothing is a substitution for diet and a basic workout. Also, consider this, if you won't use basic dumbells, barbells, machines, you won't use the fancy stuff either. It's all about dedication to getting where you want to be. Guys in prison and do it with one set of barbells, a bench and a set of dumbbells.

I've been using it for about 5 months. I love it. It takes care of conditioning and muscle tone. My fiance' has even been doing it for a few months too.

What equipment do you need? dumbells in a variety of weight?

for those who either are on it or were on it, did you procure the pull up bar?  I'm thinking about getting it, else I can supplement by using plyo bands that I already have....

I used the pull up bar until I dislocated a disc.  It acually tone your arms while slimming your waist.

You Siac Cats want an easy fix I see. Body delivered by UPS. :brickwall:  Oh well! All I can say is get you mind right first before you run out and join a gym, and buy equipment. Spend a year getting your mental house together, yes Cats a year. After a year if you are still committed to the cause then I say spend till your heart is content on stuff to argument your new life style.
