There is a tradition here in State Government that whenever a NEW administration takes office, all upper management personnel appointed by the previous administration turn in their letters of resignation.
Up until the bush administration this was simply a formality. Upper level managers of State Agencies were kept on for several months until new trained and qualified people could be brought in, and in MOST CASES the original people were allowed to retain their jobs. EVEN WHEN THE GOVERNORSHIP CHANGED POLITICAL PARTIES.
Well folks, NOT THIS TIME.
From day ONE of this new administration, new people are being brought in to run the government of this Nations 4th largest state... but here is the kicker;
A LARGE NUMBER OF THEM HAVE NO GOVERNMENTAL, MUCH LESS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!
That includes a Deputy Secretary for a large agency.... a 26 year old Deputy Secretary... whose only managerial experience was working as an assistant manager at a restaurant!!!!
Of COURSE he had two things going for him; his race and the fact that he worked for the current governors campaign.
Is it just me? Does this seem right to anyone else here?
Why hell Scotts......that sounds a whole lot like the Obama administration. Most of those jackazzes still don't know what they are doing or have left. GO VIKINGS!!!
