Exercising first thing in the a.m. is not good for me. MORNINGS are not good for me!

I do some stretching just to wake up but that is like ten minutes.

I do my best exercising in the afternoon/evening after work.
I am not competing with anyone but myself.
I simply want to be a better person today than I was yesterday.

I can agree with that...depending on what kind of exercise. I'm not running 4-5 miles, but I will break a light sweat with a half-mile or a mile.
A past to cherish....a future to fulfill.

when i was in my 20's and early 30's, i used to hit the gym @ 5:30 AM for extensive cardio, core and dumbbell training each day before work.  i was also in 2 hoop leagues, played pickup ball another day and was playing racquetball 1-2x/week afterwards.  i agree the workout before breakfast has its benefits, but it's not for everyone. still to this day, i'm more prone to eat a few bananas and apples vs a traditional breakfast.

With all the divisive rhetoric on social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, websites such as ours, especially message boards, are under the watchful eye of the Internet giants. And those giants are coming down hard on sites like this one due to the perception of the need for better "oversight".

We recognize the cultural conflict that exists and over the past few months we've been accused of allowing content in posts/threads that supposedly violates some advertiser's policies. Those threads weren’t an issue in the past, but for some reason, they are an issue now. And we are being penalized (financially) because of it.

As a result we are coming to you directly for your financial support>
