Why can't this man just have his opinion, regardless? I don't see it as tearing someone down. Critiques keep you aware. I did get the chance to see Rihanna in concert once. I was not a big fan of her till after that show! She's phenomenal!

I doubt she is losing sleep as well. She is definitely losing less sleep than what Stephen A is losing daily from his hairline.  :tiptoe:

Why folks are institutionally sleeping on this damn nugget of comedic brilliance is simply 😻 🤩 🥲 to me.

He didn't really say anything bad about Rihanna, just that B was better. People always compare music performers, that's how we decide who we like. Country music lovers would not like either and they would be okay saying so. Personally, I like Rihanna better than B and would be glad to tell anyone that... anywhere.

I just don't like this deal where we pit one negro performer against another.

Neither do I; I don't see the point.
But I also can guess that RhiRhi ain't
losing not one minute of sleep over
his comments.  Still, we can DO BETTER!

And still, it ain't even newsworthy!

.......he was asked about Rihanna's UPCOMING Super Bowl halftime show.  That means it hasn't happened yet.  I agree with him, Beyonce is a spectacular performer.  I've seen her perform in Nashville and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life.  But I have never had the pleasure of seeing Rihanna perform live.  So, Stephen A., being the veteran broadcaster that he is, MIGHT have stated something about having seen Beyonce perform SB halftime show, and that he was looking forward to Rihanna putting on a great show as well.

But that is NOT what he stated.  He proceeded to DISPARAGE Rihanna before the woman has even presented her show.  And that was F'ed up.

Why is it so difficult for mofos to understand Stephen A's faux pas?
