    have a BIG gap between the two ratings.

D.  Anything else?
More weight needs to be given to games with ranked teams and outer conference games.

It is.  Can't take away the losses to losing teams.

It is.  Can't take away the losses to losing teams.
Not taking away the losses but no wins against a ranked team.  The other has 3.
