Jethro will win (Them clear folks aren't voting for Abrams. They already mad that VP is Black.

Warnock and ball carrier will go into a run off. With Warnock winning.

Ngueyn has no chance in hell to beat Rothenberger.

Be prepared to drink fully from the cup or don’t raise it to your lips

I always thought Abrams would have been more  effective as DNC Chair as her voter ground game was unmatched.

Ms. j……..your predictions are just as valid as anyone else’s, but I’ve read a couple of stories today suggesting the “ball carrier” has a 1 point or 2 advantage over Rev. Warnock in the closing polls. If black folks in the Peach State - and that includes a BUNCH of relatives of Strike - sit on their a.z.zes today, and allow this complete MORON to defeat Rev. Warnock, then, we have no one to blame but ourselves.

Yeah, we know what white folks gonna do, it’s what they have historically ALWAYS done, and that’s screw black folks.

End of discussion.

1.  I do not think that enough was made of Kemp's actions on the voter rolls in 2018.  I also think that more should have been made about the Quitman 10+2 from about 12 years ago.  Put Kemp on the defensive on his actions with voting and aggressively make him the villan.  I do not think that this is his last campaign race.

2.  While I too think Warnock will win, I do not think that democrats made enough of an argument on what are republicans plans on things like the economy and voting rights.  Do not just focus on Walker's relationships.  Make the GOP explain themselves on what they will do.

3.  I do not think that Ngueyn had enough money.  I think that too many democrats continued to praise the secretary of state when he stood up to Trump in 2020. Raffensperger is still a problem.

In 2018 the statewide elections were close despite the voter suppression.  I wonder what will happen today.

Anyway, heads need to roll in the hierarchy of the Democratic Party, win or lose.  I mean a lot of them.
Many of the Democratic Party consultants are worthless.

The party saw when republicans, not just Manchin and Sinema, opposed the administration's bills in Congress.  They saw that the GOP was trying to sabotage everything.  They saw the changing demographics, which favors the democrats.  (Then again they may not have seen what was happening.  They may have been blind to what is happening.)  Yet, they did nothing or were slow to act.  Now, we are seeing the failure of their actions.  If heads do not roll and Democratic Party tactics do not change, a GOP candidate (Trump?) will win the White House in 2024 with a GOP Congress and a majority of the governor's mansions and state legislatures.  BTW then one will have to look forward to a possible constitution convention.

The Georgia voting laws that were created to deny blacks a victory is voter suppression. That Is why you have run offs in the south  they know if they can pit a single white against a single black due to population the white will win cause most white vote for white no matter what party when it comes to elections   shoot Obama only got 39% of the white vote

Alot to unpack here.
I think if its a true bloodbath as predicated some may happen  anyway.
I think part of the problem is Pelosi not stepping down. I think many of the left were not comfortable with a possible Black Speaker of the House in Jeffries. In fact the vast swath of the leadership if over the age of seventy or eighty in many cases.
The current head of the DNC has more or less been MIA and will probably be the scapegoat and fired.

^^^Pelosi has already given notice that she is NOT interested in being Minority Leader if, as widely expected, the Dems lose control of the House today. That assault on her husband shook her, and I think she’s had enough.

Sadly, I think Bison is correct with the suggestion there is resistance among many in the House caucus to electing Hakeem Jeffries as their leader. White Dems talk a good game about equity, diversity and inclusion. But the bottomline is they harbor as much racial angst as their MAGGAT brethren. Whites are simply NOT “comfortable” around negroes. And The sooner we understand and accept that, the better off ALL will be.

And, yeah, it’s time for new leadership in the DNC chair’s position. Jamie Harrison is a friendly, engaging brutha, just not what we need right now.

Man, do I miss Ron Brown. Homeboy was something else.

Quitman 10+2 defendant acquitted

By Kevin Moran posted on September 25, 2014

.....

While this trial was taking place in south Georgia, Kemp made highly publicized allegations of voter registration irregularities against the New Georgia Project’s campaign, which has registered over 86,000 African Americans in the last six months. At a packed Sept. 17 public meeting of the State Elections Board, it was revealed that 26 registration forms had been found to have incorrect, false or unverifiable information, with a similar number still being investigated. There was no suggestion that the New Georgia Project had deliberately engaged in any illegal practices despite Kemp’s repeated, blanket assertions of fraud to the press.

.....

Here are some articles on Kemp and his past with elections and voting.

After seeing the early results, I think Abrams can be dragged into a runoff by Warnock.
