The reshuffling of anchors to try to appease to Republican party that is no longer warranted any attention nor commentary at this point. Yogi, exactly. Unfortunately, we fail to do the research and just rely on what they give us. Every time you turn around it is Breaking News, only to come to find out, it wasn't. They are trying to chase or capture Faux numbers and they are never going to do that; reason is Faux does not try to be or care to be accurate. They are at most and this is low bar phrasing, a tabloid like factory. Stick to your base and your ratings will be steady.

You are right Yogi. The networks see FOX ratings are they also see the political environment. The numbers suggest viewers are growing tired of hard left media politics. Jan. 6 is a prime example, it was interesting at first but now it's a turn off for the viewers. CNN is backing away from it but MSNBC is still driving it hard. Personally I'm tired of it because, there is nothing else that can be said. Abortion is another. It was at the front of discussion 3 months ago but the public has now moved on. America has a very short attention span, and will turn against a topic if you keep drilling down on it. People can ignore abortion or threats to democracy but they can't ignore high prices.

I feel the Dems have over played their hand to their detriment. They are not potentially losing seats in New York.

......yeah, thanks for setting the record straight, M&G.  I remain a big fan of TC because she did utilize her two hours every Saturday morning to bring a much needed black "flavor" to MSNBC programming.  But as one of the other posters mentioned^^^, when you work for white folks, there is a STILL a line that you are admonished not to cross.  Tiffany was visibly pissed when she returned after her show was preempted for coverage of Queen Elizabeth's death.  I remember her making some type of snide remark about it, and thought at the time it would not serve her well.

Not sure why they are removing her immediately, but my sense is that she was confronted with something, expressed her disapproval, and they parted ways.  But who knows?

Capler, her and Chuck Todd should've been the first ones on the firing squad. They're king and queen of "what about-ism" and don't do squat with follow-ups nor push back on the lies when republicans come onto their show. Remember, faux caters to white grievances and lies. That's why they keep their base ratings. As soon as, they started airing the January 6 hearings, their viewers switched the channel. The faux viewers are radicalized at this point. They're unreachable. The Democrats problem is they should've moved on with new leadership a decade ago. They still don't know how to turn out their own base because they're too busy trying to hold onto a segment of white folks that have long left the party. They should've invested more into african-americans, Hispanics, latinos, asian-americas and moderate, centered white. They've allowed the Republicans to take the narrative and label them as whatever they wish to be labeled as without forcefully correcting the record.
