^^^Mr. cee dog…….one of the SADDEST byproducts of TSU football being mired in ABJECT mediocrity over the last 15 years or so is what it has done to TSU’s traditional rivals. And FAMU, inarguably, was one of TSU’s top 2-3 historic rivals. There was a time when you would NEVER see one alum or fan of TSU or FAMU wear the other school’s apparel. I was just being silly with my man, blue^^^, but the sad reality is that current students and recent grads of BOTH schools have only vague memories of the rival. And, hell, these kids don’t even rock apparel from their OWN HBCU, let alone another HBCU.
I may get some other HBCU paraphernalia this year. I just know that I can't rock it at any Wildcat games nor events. It wouldn't be pretty.that's all...
Funck, when I rocked that Tuskegee shirt in '99 on the yard in undergrad, it was a wrap!that's all...
I rarely do. What I have worn from other HBCUs was given to me. Golden Kitten gave me a beautiful Tuskegee shirt one year at a Pioneer Bowl. It was a little tight and I gave it to Mommie y. She stopped wearing it as much because of the stupid people in Fayetteville. She got tired of being asked why she was wearing a Tuskegee shirt and she didn't go there. Nobody has ever asked her why she wears a UNC-Chapel Hill shirt and she never went there.
