Fulton County prosecutors have advised lawyers for Rudy Giuliani that he is a target of the state grand-jury investigation of alleged Trump-campaign interference in the 2020 presidential election. The warning to the former New York City mayor and private lawyer to former President Trump came from the office of District Attorney Fani T. Willis, a partisan Democrat.
