It's not that people (some) don't want to work. People are more cognizant of their worth (time, skill) and want to be compensated for their value. Too, if you're working for corporations who are making record profits and handing out massive bonuses to top executives, or is more focused on shareholder dividends than they are on compensating the workers who are the reason for those windfalls, then the arguments about not being able to find workers are mute.
