SC State to The Celebration Bowl?

Congrats Dawgs or am I jumping the gun? By virtue of NSU's loss to DSU doesn't this make them the MEAC rep?

Yes, hopefully they get their QB back. They needed him in the 2nd half today.

The MEAC representative always has a preparation advantage. South Carolina State will have almost a month to prepare for the bowl game.

Yes, SCSU will be the MEAC representative in the Celebration Bowl. But they could end up being MEAC Co-Champs with NCCU if, NSU beats SCSU and NCCU beats DSU.
 GO NSU! LOL

I still want NSU to beat them and Central beat DSU for a tie for first place in the MEAC.  Go Eagles!  Represent SCSU!

SCSU would be the 5th or 6th best team in the SWAC.... whoever plays them in the Celebration Bowl will win by 21.

South Carolina State will have a month to prepare for the Celebration Bowl. The SWAC participant will have played the championship game the first week of December and then get two weeks to get healthy and prepare.

You cant "prepare" for JSU defense..... wouldn't matter if you have 3 months.  They are simply too big and too fast....

SCSU cant afford to get behind.  They are not a passing team, but, one with a stout defense.

Who will they "prepare" for?? They won't know until after Dec. 4.  So they really have the same amount of time as the SWAC.

I was thinking the exact thing.

It will be Jackson State, PVA&M, or Alcorn. That's pretty narrow when you only have one game left after Nov 20th.
