Sounds like these suburban Atlanta school boards are afraid of teaching the truth.  But they'll absolutely embrace a brotha running a football for the local high school.

The examination of historical injustices and systemic racism leads to equity. The fight against CRT is a fight against equity. Republicans are terrified of an equitable country.

BUT, PLEASE, DON'T TEACH ABOUT OUR EVIL NATURE IN SCHOOLS.  ::)

CRT is a graduate level theory that is not taught in K-12. It has become a talking point and 90% of the folk speaking about it have no idea what it is. No k-12 teacher is actually teaching CRT.

Exactly, white  Republicans and their black sycophants have turned any discussion about racism or systemic inequality into teaching CRT. Last week, Y posted an article where a “black” conservative father claimed that because his daughter learned about Jim Crow, she was being taught CRT? PA Republicans currently have a bill that would not only ban CRT at the k-12  and state college level but you wouldn’t even be able to teach about systemic inequality.
