EAST GREENSBORO – North Carolina A&T's 2021 football schedule will include a mix of old and new. The Aggies will play some of their traditional rivals, but many of their 2021games will be first-time encounters against their opponents as they enter a new league.


September 4  - at Furman
September 11 - at Duke
September 25 - NCCU
October 2    - Robert Morris
October 9    - North Alabama
October 16   - at Kennesaw State
October 23   - at Hampton
October 30   - Monmouth 
November 6   - at Charleston Southern
November 13  - at South Carolina State
November 20  - Gardner-Webb
November 27  -  1st round of the FCS Playoffs

Professor and other Aggies on the board.  This is a hideous schedule.  And I say that without a TAINT of malice.  In the last five years or so, A&T has established itself as, arguably, one of the Top 5 HBCU's in the country.  They certainly are number one in total school enrollment.  And while I can certainly appreciate A&T and any other HBCU wanting to explore a future outside the "normal" HBCU paradigm, do you REALLY envision the football opponent for the GHOE being the likes of Robert Morris or Monmouth?

2021 fall schedule "sucks". i'm a longtime holder of a "pair" of season tickets and the only pwc i'll attend on this schedule will be "ghoe" but that's because i have no other choice. otherwise, i will not attend any other pwc games, i'll only attend the nccu and hampton games. i would attend the scsu game but its in orangeburg and i'm not sure i'll make that trip. the hampton game is in hampton, but that's a short drive from home for me.

otherwise, the rest of the pwc schedule can "kick rocks". not looking forward to the aggie football schedule this fall. we need to change our mascot name to the a&t "sellouts"...

How? We are playing 7 conference games and 4 non conference games. 2 HBCUS a FBS and a regional FCS game

GHOE is going to sell out REGARDLESS of who we play. We played VUL 2 years in a row. No one cared. And same will be for Monmouth. I rather play them when we have 21500 fans who will be rooting for A&T. They are the Spring conference champs and made playoffs at large in 2018

Have 2 rivals on the schedule plus Hampton so those who wanna see HBCUs get one in Sept , Oct and Nov

Yes. North Alabama, Kennesaw State  and Monmouth are football only members of the Big South

North Alabama and Kennesaw are A Sun members. They are leaving to go into the ASUN fully on June 30, 2021

Monmouth is in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They don't have football

Farthest North game is in Virginia and Farthest South game is Atlanta. But yea we haven't cut travel lol

With the Covid restrictions in NC on outdoor stadiums at 30 percent per the last governors order and projected 50 percent in the fall , Games will be at the capacity level of 11,250.

JSU(0-3 all time) is not NCCU. NCCU has their own budget problems (No baseball or women's bball scholeys). Last time I checked,  Hampton and TSU bolted and you had zero to say.
