I’m 100% on board with this and I would like to see all of our HBCU’s do the same! This is the only way to safely get back to normal. The students that would rather believe facebook over science can remain virtual.

I totally agree with this and all of our HBCUs should be putting forth this effort to get back to some sort of normalcy. I recall when I applied to Fort Valley State you had to provide testing, in order to attend back in the day. I don't see the difference nor hesitancy for the students to not do this.
