How they gonna separate utilities in converting office spaces to multiple residential spaces? Most offices, especially larger ones with square footage didn’t have adequate facilities to begin with. 1-2 bathrooms per 150 pax was the norm.

They did it with warehouses. Converted them into co-ops.
