Also, what's old fashion and outdated is watching HBCUs make the same mistakes over and over by hiring egotistical people who they think is some Holy Savior that would lead them to the promiseland, only to be disappointed when that pie in sky experiment come crashing down on top of them. Basically, the same ole Black church rhetoric always praying to God to send down some miracle to lift them out of their misery.
