This is good for his reputation but I'm not sure how the law will interpret his rights.

I never did think that Boulware got treated fairly. We was not winning like we had been so they were looking for a way to make a coaching change. WSSU was all in for our return to the CIAA with coach Manor. They did everything possible to satisfy our fans ofter the decision to remain in DII. Bill Hayes and the chancellor gave football everything they needed to win. Budgets started to get cut on Boulware's watch.

We should have handled a guy, who in part, took us to a National Championship Game much better than we did. Surely we didn't expect to be on top forever. Winning comes in cycles, but good coaches are rare. There is know question we did this man wrong. Now he has to spend money to clear his name. If he don't, he may never again get another head coaching job.

Sounds like someone needs some investigate the school. After reading this article I would have to ask if anyone can ever recall a coach in any sports calling the police on his players.

Agreed. Sounds like the Chancellor got bad advice on how to handle the situation.
