??? don’t drive “down” I-40, you drove across the state. The interstate traverses the entire length of Rocky Top from west to east or vice versa.

It’s not the most “scenic” interstate drive in the country, but not the worst either.

Thanks. It's better than driving down I-65 in Alabama.
???...,,not sure if your humble poster would necessarily agree with this cuz I-65 has its “charms” as well. I’ve driven it from Nashville thru to Montgomery many times,

But I guess I-40 is interesting too. I have driven it between Memphis and Nashville literally dozens of times for work. But where it gets REALLY INTERESTING is when you’re continuing east toward Knoxville and continuing into North Carolina. Driving thru the mountains could be harrowing for the uninitiated, but the view is spectacular, ESPECIALLY in the fall.   ;)

I-40 isn't as bad as I-80 in the Sierra Nevada.  There are a few roads that in Germany that will make the short hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
Fayetteville State by choice. Bronco by the Grace of GOD.

In the summer, driving across I-70 in Kansas (with the smell of manure the whole way) is horrible...

With all the divisive rhetoric on social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, websites such as ours, especially message boards, are under the watchful eye of the Internet giants. And those giants are coming down hard on sites like this one due to the perception of the need for better "oversight".

We recognize the cultural conflict that exists and over the past few months we've been accused of allowing content in posts/threads that supposedly violates some advertiser's policies. Those threads weren’t an issue in the past, but for some reason, they are an issue now. And we are being penalized (financially) because of it.

As a result we are coming to you directly for your financial support>
