This will be a lot of fun to attend this game regardless on who wins. When they were in the CIAA with us, this was one of two games that I never missed... NCCU and Homecoming. You could add A&T when we played them. Most of my family members either attended Central or WSSU. I was real close to going there myself. In fact, my brother played basketball for them in the 70's.

I too see a WSSU 2-8 record on this schedule.  Yeah, they up to something with that early homecoming, especially skipping that ECSU game as homecoming.

To be honest, NCCU and maybe Shaw are the only probable losses. Thank God we don't have to play all the monsters from the Northern Division. We were much better than our record showed last year. We will be 7-3, coming in second in the South behind Shaw. But if they get upset, we will be in the championship game.

No,NO,55 y'all going to beat the hell out of NCCU as per your almighty post,  Doubt I make that game.  If you win you will talk about it for the next 10 years.            If you lose,       (ref cheated, fire the coach-chancellor and AD)  make your excuse list now.     :read: :read: That game is of no interest to me.  Going to ATL.  It is going to cost more than $15 too.  As soon as ticket go on sale - GET THEM if you want a seat.

What does NCCU gain should they win ?   Why not Shaw or ST Augustine.  This game was good for their bottomline and all the area likes both schools.  Both are private  and I couldn't tell you the score of our last games against those two.  Didn't  matter.  We had a ball with that group of fans.

You would think Shaw or St Aug would travel better but they don't. I look forward to WSSU. They need the money too

Exactly InTheHunt!  Not sure what Think is talking about.  Should be a sell-out or close to it.

Probably right on the lack of support of Bears And Falcons when we played them which should not matter if we are strong ourselves.  Many fans would not come to those games because of anticipated outcomes even in wanting to support Ole Mother U and SAU in payment with a decent check.. Hope WSSU fans realize it ain't cheap attending a game at NCCU no matter which division you are associated.  No bargains in Durham. IT IS WHAT IT IS.  Should be a festive game. We don't have a big stadium, so best you purchase your tickets in advance - food for thought.     :tiptoe:
