Hey @oleschooleaggie ! Does this still apply?  :lmao:

that ain't good, but at least they weren't picked to finish last.  nonetheless, i need my bruthas at hampton to pick it up this season and at least finish in the upper half of the standings.  both hampton and tennessee state represent all hbcu's in their respective conferences.  if they don't look good, none of us look good.

go pirates!!

Union kicked in Hampton’s teeth. The kid they have playing QB is an athlete but not a QB IMO. Their roster is littered with too many transfers which I don’t think is good at the FCS level. I do see them winning some games in the Big South. Outside of KS, NA, and Mon, the Big South is really bad.

I'm waiting for @oleschoolaggie and the gang to tell us how badly this reflect on all the other FCS Hbcu's.

VUU looks really good. They are huge and fast. Those are some grown azzzz men on that team. You can't tell me they are a CIAA team. Not sure I want to play them in a few weeks.

That game reflects badly on the Big South Conference, not the MEAC nor other FCS HBCUs!!!!!  :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: You think he'll put that reflection spin on it?  :tiptoe:

This helps prove the point I make every year about comparing the HBCU's divisions. There is not much difference between the best DII HBCU's and the middle to upper teams in the HBCU's FCS conferences. VUU is just as big and fast as any of our DI schools. Out coaching them would be our best chance to beat them... but they may be well coached as well.

I don't have to ask anybody. I got enough common sense to see that statement for being one of the most ridiculous comments ever posted for myself. :lmao:

65 scholarships vs 36 is the difference between D1AA and D2.

That’s a big difference but you can only play with 11 at a time. It’s very risky for FCS schools to play D2 schools. When we win, no big deal, we were supposed to. When we lose, staff changes will follow.
