This lawsuit was dismissed in California, refiled in New York and then dropped by the plaintiff. However, the allegations are interesting.

If I am reading the date stamp correctly, this lawsuit was filed in April 2016, which puts it prior to the Repub convention.

The Vox article makes it look pretty shakey, but intimidation and resulting fear are also very feasible explanations for the accusers to be skittish.

We'll see.

What I propose is this:
We give #ErraticTrump the VERY SAME benefit of the doubt and presumption of innocence that he gives to those he opposes.

So,...
