“This initial step along with future implementation strategies will increase the likelihood of SWAC football teams qualifying for the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) playoffs via an at-large selection if they don’t qualify to participate in the Celebration Bowl.”

Is the SWAC going to move up their championship game to before the FCS playoffs start as part of the implementation strategies?  If not then how much of a chance does the third best team in the conference have at getting an at-large bid for the playoffs?

I think that's the perfect match as said for maximizing profit for the conf. and giving schools the freedom  for OOC scheduling.

Probably slightly even more than they had a few years ago. When Prairie View just miss an at-large-bid

Wouldn't any teams would have to be ranked regionally to have any look at going into the playoffs?
"The Bears Den" and "The ASU Hornets Hive", WSSU
"CME Bowl Champions for Life"
Steel City Classic Champions 01,02,03,05,06
2004 Alabama State University SWAC Champs
2007 Football Attendance Champs
2011,2013,2015 SIAC West Div. Football Champions
2011,2015 SIAC Football Champs
2011 Pioneer Bow

What do you mean ranked regionally? I've never heard of such a thing.

Slim to none imo. Would have to have a great resume OOC. And at the present time , Grambling , Southern and Bama State can't participate due to games. Then you have to disqualify the teams in the SCG if they aren't any of the above.
