Justt his morning Stanford released an update that covers 100 million stops and found blacks are more likely to be stopped than whites for lesser reasons for stopping, also found that whites are more likely to have guns and drugs than blacks- and under their " Veil of darkness" section they said more blacks are stopped during the day  than at night- it if hard to racial profile someone at night.

They also said cops have an incentive to stop blacks cause many get paid bonuses for the number of tickets they write.

Nevertheless, I’m glad that they conducted the study so that others have empirical data from a top notch institution to back up what most minorities already knew.
