Those kids aren’t on scholarship thus the reason for the abysmal on field performance. As much as I don’t like this, it’s the right decision.
Cheyney will have to implement a new business model if it it wants to survive.

Because Cheyney does not invest in football, it is the one program that brings in the funds to cover staff, football operating budget and the 4 scholarships. With 700 students at the school why shun 150 of them if you need students.
