that's precisely why I asked the question I asked. ::)  You assume your the smartest person on this board.

Chef Ricky Moore was trained by the Culinary Institute of Amer. & US ARMY according to his bio.

I visited Google BEFORE your suggestion  ::)  and while that award can apply to any food establishment, it's primarily awarded to military eateries.  But that's beside the point.  DAILY this food shack has long lines for it's fresh seafood offerings.
 
As I've already said, your presence would only increase the wait time for someone who would appreciate good food, so please don't come.

His bio doesn't say what he did in the Army.  He probably wasn't in food service.  Had he won any military food service awards he would have put it in his bio.
