A&T at NCCU for MEAC Championship
« on: November 13, 2016, 05:35:44 PM »
Time to get the talk going. How do you see it?

I see two closely matched teams and a game that may go down to the wire again. Both teams have good offenses and defenses that at times gives up a lot of yardage. We may see a possible shootout?

I see a high scoring game.  This is the game Bell goes off.  If the Eagles are going to win, which we are, we need to score a lot of points.  I don't see us slowing Cohen down.  Anyway, this is Eagle/aggie, anything can happen.

NCCU took out an ad in the (Sunday) Greensboro News and Record. So I guess they have tickets.

It might be high scoring. The Aggies will score their points and so will NCCU. Receivers have been running around unmolested in the Aggie secondary all season. NCCU will exploit that weakness. With that being said, I think A&T finds a way to win. Close game and I have my tickets.

IF we don't put pressure on Bell.....its gonna be a stressful afternoon. We'll also need our WR's to make plays while all eyes are on Tarik Cohen

Best way to stop or slow Cohen down is keeping him on the bench. NCCU need long scoring drives that eat up time and score TD's.

Bell needs to have a perfect and great game along with our Wr's and Defense.

NCCU X factor my be our RB's. They need to have a breakout game.

This will be a barn burning.

Go Eagles !!!!

I can believe

The A&T secondary has been porous this year.  Our Quick 6 Boys need to have a field day again them.  Last year we kept Cohen pretty much in check.  Cohen had 112 yards on 22 carries and NO TOUCHDOWNS.  He had about 90 of those 112 yards on 2 carries.

I think the score will be close like the last 2 years: 2014 ==>21 - 14.  2015 ==> 21 - 16.

I know the Aggies/Eagles in the DMV are heading down. The DC Aggies are taking a bus down. I told one of the Eagles at yesterday's meeting I hope they are able to fit the people in that stadium. The DC Eagles are having a watch party, as well as, the Rattlers/Wildcats for the Florida Classic.

that's all...
