This election campaign is much larger than the POTUS. The Dems should be strongly positioning themselves for controlling Congress and making SC nominations, in addition to the White House. Democratic strategists should be planning for this. Anything less is a cataclysmic failure in my humble opinion.

When I was in North Carolina for Homecoming I saw plenty of Trump ads.  I have friends and family in Ohio.  They see plenty of Trump ads.

democrat PACs have ran ads also.  The ads I saw in North Carolina were Trump ads.  The ads that he approved.  He's also running ads in Virginia.  A whole bunch on Boston TV stations.  I saw those ads in those states in the last ten days.

Unfortunately, there hasn't been ANY aggressive strategy or dynamic vison for the Democratic Party since Ron Brown and Bill Clinton changed the character of the Party to draw back ray-gun Democrats.

And while I COMPLETELY disagree with that 3rd way B.S. they foisted on us, it DID slow the trend of the DNC being totally out maneuvered by the gops.

But you are COMPLETELY 100% TOTALLY correct. I am just afraid that FAILURE by your standards is already cooked into this game.
