Decks, we also have to look at what happens if Tennessee State goes undefeated or 10 - 1 and makes the FCS playoffs.   I have always said if a TSU team is better overall that the Celebration Bowl winner then why aren't the Tigers HBCU National Champions.

Maybe. I think they feel its their place to brand it that way because it sounds better than "a bowl game between two teams from FCS conferences." We'll see how it plays out this year.
