FAMU Symphonic Band Prince Tribute
« on: May 13, 2016, 03:47:34 PM »
The FAMU Symphonic Band did an awesome rendition of Prince's "Purple Rain" in tribute to the late singer at the 2016 graduation.  The FAMU band performed it with B.K Jackson, a FAMU student who was a member of Prince's band.

Take a look/listen:

You should have heard FAMU perform Prince score during the 80's in symphonic band under Dr. Foster and Dr. White in 1987 playing purple rain score! Man I swear these two guys are legendary and no band directors ever will touch them along with Dr.Gregg's.
