Florida State is and will always be one of my fav schools to root for, but this is getting ridiculous.  I will never condone the behavior of putting your hands on females.  I will wait until the facts are presented before rendering my thoughts on this situation.

Another Florida State football player punches woman in the face at a bar

Dalvin Cook is wanted by Tallahassee PD
The state attorney’s office in Tallahassee will issue a warrant for the arrest of Florida State running back Dalvin Cook, 19, who is accused of punching a 21-year-old woman in the face several times during an argument outside a bar last month, according to ESPN.com. The Florida State football players have a serious issue with keeping their hands to themselves. This incident occurred in Tallahassee a day before quarterback De’Andre Johnson sucker punched a female patron at another bar. Johnson was dismissed from the team on Monday night after the state attorney’s office released video showing Johnson tussling with a woman and eventually punching her.

Cook’s incident happened at another bar, Clyde’s and Costello’s, shortly after it closed on June 23. According to the woman, Cook’s companion asked her for her telephone number. She refused. They engaged in a heated exchange. Cook punched her and she says her bottom lip was split and her nose was sore the following day. She dialed 911, reported the incident to the police and pressed charges. On July 1, she singled out Cook in a photo lineup provided by Tallahassee Police Department investigators as the person who struck her.

“They kept telling me they were football players,” the woman said. “They kept telling me to Google them. They told me they were football players and they could buy me in two years.

A native of Miami, Cook will be charged with misdemeanor battery according to State attorney Willie Meggs. The public is awaiting Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher’s next move.
If capitalism is so great, why does it need to be bailed out by socialism every ten years?

Exactly, Que. You kick your starting running back off, but not your QB that's been caught on video punching a girl. Good ole Florida State.

that's all...

You got it backwards Yogi.  The QB was kicked off and was not projected to start.  The starting leading running back was suspended indefinitely.

If Winston's off the field 2 years was an embarrassment to FSU, just give Bobby the mic! There is no telling what his 85 year old a-- will say about the state of FSU's program.  Especially if there's any more incidents.

We recognize the cultural conflict that exists and over the past few months we've been accused of allowing content in posts/threads that supposedly violates some advertiser's policies. Those threads weren’t an issue in the past, but for some reason, they are an issue now. And we are being penalized (financially) because of it.
