???^^^uhhhh, dude, the fact that you may have posted on this board some months ago that Morehouse was having financial trouble does NOT evidence any kind of specific prescience on your part. Hell, virtually ALL HBCU’s - public AND private - are experiencing financial challenges.

Let me know when you have something more informative to post, other than your deep seated fetish for “light-skinned” women.  ::)

Hell, tell him to take it 4 times a day.  It quadruples his chances of never getting COVID-19.  Taking it 4 times a day would also protect him against COVID-20, COVID-21 and COVID-22.  Chasing it down with a lil Clorox and Lysol makes it work even better.  His body would be forever cleansed.....
^^^sounds like an awfully healthy regimen to me.  ;D

Alum^^^i think one of the main reasons that clown might be so hateful toward President Obama is because Obama is slim and trim and always looks like he just finished a workout. And he’s classy, elegant and brilliant. Trump just looks like the average sloppy looking, orange-faced buffoon.

Hell, I’m envious of how refreshed, tan and rested Barack Obama always looks.

Bruthas^^^last nite, when I heard that quote attributed to Speaker Pelosi, my first thought was Nancy trying to “f” with dude, provoke him into saying something REALLY incendiary.

Man, Nancy is a straightup BOSS!!

^^^yeah, concur with Op’s position. As a matter of fact, I have been concerned about this very issue (unveiling of presidential portrait) for sometime now. This dude currently occupying the WH is a despicable, vile and venal human being.

I don’t want President Obama’s image and reputation to be tarnished by him being unnecessarily seen with that dude. Indeed, it would only elevate that Trump dude’s stature, and that of his third wife, to be seen standing next to such people of elegance, class and grace like President and Mrs. Obama.

Having stated all of this, would someone PLEASE help a technologically challenged “old dude” and post the video on this site of President and Mrs. Obama unveiling the official WH portrait of President and Mrs. Bush. The one I’m alluding to is about 22 mins and released by WH.gov. It is humorous, charming, heartwarming and graceful.

The viewer is REMINDED if a time when the first couple were people of dignity, integrity and class.

Politics / Re: Biden’s best VP choice: Val Demings

I think that Demmings would make an excellent VP running mate except that I don't feel that she has the experience or national profile to be much of an asset to the Biden campaign. For VP, Biden need someone who has a national presence or profile. Just my two cents...
soflo^^^John McCain chose as HIS running mate in ‘08 an obscure governor from an obscure state. The fact that team lost to Obama/Biden, some might say, validates your point.

On the other hand, Barack Obama was the junior senator from Illinois when he announced his candidacy for the Dem presidential nomination in February, ‘07. The ONLY “national presence” dude had before that announcement was that stem winder keynote address at the ‘04 Dem National Convention in Boston.

I’m just sayin’...............

Bison^^^PALPABLY absent from your response was any rebuttal to my comment about the senator going on The Breakfast Club, joking about her personal use of cannabis while she was an undergraduate at Howard. But then later in life locking up a lot of mofos for possessing/using the same product.

I’m sure your omission was an “inadvertence”.

Not sure what you mean by Val Deming’s record “can’t touch” Sen. Harris’ record. I feel reasonably certain, however, that the former VP’s selection criteria for a female running mate will be much more expansive than who has the “best” public service record.  If THAT was the determining metric, HRC would win hands down.

...........I’ll believe it when I actually see video of him ingesting it. And there is NO QUESTION the substance being ingested IS hydroxychloroquine.

This dude is a sick, lying SOCIOPATH.

So certain sectors of Black social media spread the lies that Kamala Harris is a cop.Yet they ignore the fact that Demmings was a cop. : :tiptoe:
???......uhhhh, bruh, you aren’t being “parochial” in your criticism here because Sen. Harris is a fellow Bison alum, are you? I am a strong admirer of the senator. But the rap on her was her performance as San Francisco Cty district attorney, and, her role as California’s TOP COP, the state attorney general. And an examination of her record in THOSE two offices  suggested concurrence with a philosophy of locking a lot of black folks up, especially black men.

It was also “unacceptable” when she went on The Breakfast Club with a cavalier attitude, even joking, about being half-Jamaican and using cannabis in school, while her record reflect a lot of black folks being criminalized for use of the product.

I would like to see Kamala Harris nominated as AG after Joe gets in the White House. But I do not think she is the BEST fit to be his running mate.

Ok, let me quickly make my exit before “you know who” enters the room with all of that bullshyt about Sen. Harris being a Tamil and all, stuff no one else on this board gives a rat’s a.z.z about.  ::)

Wildman^^^are the words set forth in the very first sentence of your post^^^YOUR words or those of the author of the piece? I’m speaking of the sentence that begins “An excerpt from.......”.

Await your response because I have a followup.

Muchas gracias.  :)

You can start by not being lockstep with the democrat party.
???......you know you really don’t have to respond to EVERY topic on this board. We are ALL now very well acquainted with the width and breadth of your stupidity.

^^^and, in addition to what Ken states, since this dude Barr says that he and Trump’s other goons and henchmen are neither looking at Pres. Obama nor Joe, who ARE they looking at, Comey?

???^^^uhhhh, forgive me, but Mike Tirico seems just a tad too comfortable with that clown in the White House for my taste.

I’ve watched his college and NFL broadcasting for some years now, and have often wondered about Mike’s “cultural orientation”. Is dude a “brutha” or not? That last name is “questionable,” and some of the things dude says renders him “suspect,” imho. I’m not talking about Mike’s diction either. I think Bryant Gumbel’s speech is just TOP NOTCH for broadcasting, but BG is definitely one of “us”.  ;)

Somebody who knows please break down Mike Tirico for me.  ;D
