The Drum / Need admissions Office info for HBCU's

Somehow my "fake" child did not get admitted to the school of her choice. 
Unfortunately she did not put down a back up choice on her Sat/ACT test form. Need a school that has a good late admissions staff. 
Need help before the end of summer.
