when i was in my 20's and early 30's, i used to hit the gym @ 5:30 AM for extensive cardio, core and dumbbell training each day before work.  i was also in 2 hoop leagues, played pickup ball another day and was playing racquetball 1-2x/week afterwards.  i agree the workout before breakfast has its benefits, but it's not for everyone. still to this day, i'm more prone to eat a few bananas and apples vs a traditional breakfast.

There's a big difference in liking pastels, enjoying cooking etc and dressing up in womens clothing.  I enjoy wearing pastels and cooking.  I even took Home Econonics in HS for various reasons.  He'll be fine...just stay the current course with him.....

But on the real, watch Phineas & Ferb with him...you'll crack up @ Dr. Doofenschmirtz.....

Dallas County, Texas....the prosecutor/DA at the time need to be held accountable, ditto for the judges who carried out these mock, kangaroo trials.

It was a blessing the state maintained the evidence that long as his original sentence was in 79 or 80...thankfully he was cleared....

Props to current DA Mr. Craig Watkins for having a conscious and doing the right thing in partnering with the Innocence Project in proving these young men did nothing wrong and were wrongfully convicted.

it'll be hard for him to be happy with my size 12D's up in his hindparts complete with my 36" inseam leg dragging the ground....

Cap, you watch too much of that dr. drew nonesense....if you and Boomshequia Bear reared a little Boo-Boo Bear, that mumbo jumbo you're talking would change big time....

From Huggy Lowdown: "If these were chickens and croakers, no one would be complaining!"

 :lmao:

BTW, we used to eat fried croakers on Friday as a youth....aint had one in about 30 yrs....upgraded to catfish and talipia as the preferred fried fish of choice....

on the real, this did happen in Arkansas yall....wasn't there a tornado in Cincinnati, Arkansas about this same time?  That may explain the birds dying from hail or debris from the tornadic winds.  The fish?  Maybe some poisonous stuff was released into the river.....

Have fun my man!  I do not recommend Dreamland BBQ as I don't like the taste of it.  Some love it.  There are a few spots but Branj2 and MB1 would prolly be better at giving you can't miss spots.  If you play golf, bring them sticks and hit up the RTJ Golf Trail.  Ross Bridges is a mother from the tips....if you get adventurous, head south on 65 to Prattville and try out the Judge, Congress and Senator.  Love playing them when I head home.

bTW, who is coaching Pitt since Haywood lost his damn mind?  My buddy (who played at UC) and I were talking about this scenario after mass yesterday....Rich Rod @ Pitt for the Backyard Brawl....OMG!!!!!  that will be frigging hilarious....

You should NOT be living with your mama unless you are her primary caregiver due to her illness/age or you are recovering from a recent divorce

Hanging with 21-25 year olds in the club on a daily basis.....

Using money orders to pay your bills...get a free checking account please...

Cashing your check at the check cashing place and flaunting a wad like you've done something...if you don't have at least 3-5 times that amount in your bank account sit down....as a matter of fact sit your a-- down anyway flaunting a wad of cash.....

To you former high school football players especially in small-town USA....let it go baby...we know how great you were....Friday nights you are at the game bragging and acting a fool with the opposing teams fans..be a fan but remember you are grown now...

I think that is it for now..

and let the church say Amen!! Amen!!  Amen!!
