GK -

I got an email with pics from Tunica and it's frustrating knowing this could have been avoided all together. I saw a few clips on the national news and most of the folks I saw stated they don't have flood insurance. Just knowing the socio-economics of the Delta region, these folks will have very little to fall back on. I hope the governmental agencies step forth and provide assistance to those in need.

Judy Winslow?  They wrote her straight off Family Matters and ain't nobody seen that po child since.

Anyone else remember the first girl that played Clare on My Wife & Kids?  She was a dark skinned sister who resembled Vanessa on Bernie Mac. She underwent some surgery or something. She mysteriously appeared as a light skinned sister!

What the heck were they thinking when they blew up the levee?  Save a few thousand acres of farmland or flood three freaking states?  Sounds like a no brainer to me. Anyone else see the socio-ecOnomic ironies at play?

Well alrighty then!

Very typical and expected from Faux News. Not sure how people with a conscious actually stomach the vile and oft divisive erroneous statements by those behind the anchor desks and mics.

My Myers-Briggs profile indicates that I am highly extroverted. I like being around people only if they are cool and are pleasant to be around.

I can gives a rats behind what folks think or say about me. I'm comfy in the skin I'm in and am not overly concerned with what others say about me. If they lie or do/say something to cross me, then it's on!

A juggler, driving to his next performance, is stopped by the police. "What are those machetes doing in your car?" asks the cop.

"I juggle them in my act."

"Oh, yeah? Says the doubtful cop. "Let's see you do it.” The juggler gets out and starts tossing and catching the knives.

Another man driving by slows down to watch.

"Wow" says the passer-by. "I'm glad I quit drinking. Look at the test they're giving now!
