What you do in the dark will reveal itself in the light. They can give this girl the co-valedictorian award today but the young sister will be so much further ahead in life down the road.

Pink toed Sally is nothing more than a VINO - Valedictorian In Name Only

I agree with folks having 20% down. That way you avoid PMI and you prolly have enough cash reserves to weather thru a bad spell or two.

Mango margaritas are awesome.......and very sneaky.........

Let me guess the # of languages you speak?  Agree on the patience. Don't wholly buy into the potential problematic's been my experience that sub-par communication can easily overcome. I deal with the Japanese at Toyota all the time. Their English isn't perfect and it is sometime difficult to understand them. I also recognize I may be difficult for them to understand. To compensate for this, I talk much slower and spend more time seeking to be understood for clarity and comprehension. I also use simple, common words vs larger, polysyllabic words.

I had a Peurto Rican manager who wrote the same way she spoke...and English was her 2nd language. It was really sad.

What was that phrase......if you live in a glass house, don't throw stones.....

As a person who is somewhat fluent in a second language, it's difficult to fully master all the nuances. Heck, I know a bunch of folks who can barely speak and write only one language with accuracy and precision.

As we used to say on the playground..."beat that!"

Her crime was they jaywalked!  Hardly a crime that warrants 3 yrs.....sad case of prosecuting and bringing folks to trial IMHO.

Did you have this little chat before or after copulation?
