It's great because they got exposure and got battle tested for the MEAC stretch

I stopped giving to football and put my money some where else towards the university. New coach and I went on to renew my football season tickets.
I don't have an interest in playing Valdosta St and if we do, playing them and Mercer in the same season is t ideal to me.
I had a wedding to attend on yesterday evening (my brother and uncles and I were sick about it too) so we couldn't make the game, but hopefully aspire will replay the game. I can probably put up with the commentators now that I know the outcome - and hell I put up with Lem Barney for YEARS - I can deal with those dudes for a few hours.
Thanks SSUTigerFan!!! I always called us the little Wildcub that could this season! There was something special if we could get out of our own way with the penalties and they did just enough to grind out this championship win! This means so much to those players I just know it! The game was so close I had fell out in the floor no less than 4 times!
Not going to the playoffs is better for this team. End the season on a GREAT note with a championship and get ready to be playoff contenders next year. I'm so happy right now.
This is it in a nutshell. Everyone was willing to take whatever lumps we needed to get a new coach and it worked out in our favor heavily!

I would like to see 6 year graduate numbers.
I rather you not play the game and let the playoffs pass you by until next season than to waste money on game that you may lose. I don't think it's that serious to have a team in the SIAC to make the playoffs this way. You learn from this mistake and do better scheduling in the future.
But there is a solution in place
If Albany State or Fort Valley St or whoever gave their word to play the game and backed out, then that's piss poor on ASU or FVSU or whoever else. Don't agree, verbal or signed (because both are agreements) and allow a school to prep for it and back out. If I were an athletic director it would be a while before I schedule them again outside of a conference game.

This is an excellent idea!!
I already have basketball season tickets and living away from middle GA allows me to watch the games. I already purchased the $59.99 plan to watch all the home games for men's and women's bball
