"They performed here on MLK Day at Dexter King Memorial Baptist Church. Unfortunately, I was not able to get inside the church, but those who did gave them many thumbs up. Alvin Tuck is a community favorite, having magnificently directed one of our high school choirs.
After the service, I was at the MLK Day Luncheon and had the opportunity to pass a few words with several FVS choir members. Very nice, focused and talented young people. They represented!"

I‘m like you Tiger John, I wasn‘t going to waste my gas going up there to get a glimpse of him on campus. I did want to see the TV coverage of him there however and what he had to say about money for TU. However, I expected and wanted him to be treated with the respect due his office while there."
