............absolutely, Bison^^^, and couldn’t agree more. Never, EVER!, underestimate the power of white skin privilege in this country. It’s an awesome thing to observe.

And, guess what, boys and girls? To those who think what Beto said last nite was extreme and a “disqualifier,” well, saw one of the network’s publish a nationwide poll either last nite or this morning. And on the question of whether this country should compel buy-backs on these assault weapons - AR-15, AK-47’s and the like - the results were split - 45% yes, 46% no.

Btw, y’all remember just a few months back when that white supremacist waltzed into two mosques in Christchurch, NZ, and blew away DOZENS of people? Well, the NZ Prime Minister, Ms. Ardearn, basically said F this, we’re changing the laws in this MF’er. And within a month or so of that massacre, a buy-back program in NZ in these military type killing machines had begun.

There is a “fetish” in this country for these weapons that is OBVIOUSLY more powerful than sex and drugs. No offense to any peep who possesses these type weapons, but your humble poster.....JUST......DOESNT........GET IT!!

Nothing like squeezing off some rounds. And if a K---- steps to you let him have first birdshot, then buckshot, then birdshot, buckshot, buckshot, buckshot .... boom...

YES......

OldCoot's rant here is very telling (as if we didn't already know.)

Notice the first thing he said.."If a "K---"..He just knows that would be the first person that would "roll up" on him...With the climate in this country, he'd better watch out for...well,. never mind. He's friends with all of the Klukkers and inbreds. Thems his folks.

*Also, it is also telling that he rates squeezing off a gun as better than having relations with a woman...But I'll just let that marinate too. :tiptoe:

Oldsport. You are lower than a worm.

General Discussion Forum / Re: 62% of millennials live paycheck to paycheck
« on: September 11, 2019, 10:23:26 AM »
I don't know what kinda Gen X'ers Neymar runs into, but as I was finishing my degree in 1990, 95 percent or more of my contemporaries:

A) Did not have any kids and weren't even THINKIN' about getting married

B) Were all about finding internships and jobs that would help them get their careers jumpstarted

C)Driving a bucket or taking public transportation so that they could save loot for other things

D)Didn't need to be able to "afford" a girlfriend. That's a millennial thing.

See back in our day (dang i'm feelin' old...LOL), if you were HALFWAY decent looking, intelligent, treated a young lady halfway decent, and were skilled in the art of making the young ladies feel special mentally and physically, you didn't have to be no where near a "Big Money Grip" type to have a girl or several young ladies. Shoot, I was dating 3-4 at a time (good looking young ladies with degrees or in the process of earning one with no kids) with my average looks, driving a bucket and very little loot. But I made due with what I had, was very creative in making the ladies feel special, and let my overall cool personality handle the rest.

And once I earned my undergraduate degree I put to use and earned a job in my field. Never got rich in the 20-odd years I worked in that field, but I have never gone hungry or wanted for anything, earned a Masters degree later in life (using my former organization's tuition reimbursement program, only came outta pocket for 10 percent of it ) and lived a pretty good life, even while momentarily battling unemployment/underemployment for a spell after my "good job" laid me off as the company was being bought out. Fortunately my advanced degree enabled me to re-brand myself, and now I am in a different field and doing well after scratching my way to get there in a few years).Been married twice LOL, (I slipped in a fit of insanity and pulled the trigger too early at 26, but lived and learned from it. But I have 20 years with my current/very last wife and she and I ain't goin' anywhere else).

You gotta learn how to finesse things, stop tryna play waaaayyy outta your league, tryna be a wanna be baller-cassanova type messing with these wanna be model hungry starving skinny arse chicks, smooth out your personality a bit and stop coming across as a know-it-all arsewhole, and just be a good dude. You will be amazed with where that can take you. Real talk.

Sports Forum / Re: Team USA loses to France in FIBA World Cup basketball
« on: September 11, 2019, 09:48:34 AM »
Too many missed free throws. But France was just the better team today.

ESPN Sportscenter crew right after the game tried to call it a shocker...Naaaahhh. When I saw they were matched up against France, I knew they had a very good chance of losing. And, the USA is playing its Freshman team roster. I wouldn't even call it JV. Other than Donovan Mitchell and Kemba Walker (who was ICE COLD today), that is an NBA .500 8th place playoff team they have.

Needless to say, I am pulling for France to win it all.

NC Central @ Townson: 8,322

That's Towson good brotha. Pronounced without the 1st "n". The few times Towson athletics have been featured on ESPN, (and local mid-atlantic outlets as well), over half of the announcers have called them Town-son. And some of them are folk who live in the area and should know better. You are from down south a presume, so I understand. :)

And yeah, although it is a PWI, I have an affinity for the place...Used to attend parties there and the black students KNEW how to throw a late 80's early 90s jam. Wound up marrying a sista with a Towson degree. ;)
