Great. Now maybe folks will stop trying to move there #ATLisFull
It makes sense that they would want to be in the same conference as Benedict. Literally a stones throw away from one another.
Not only would it be an odd number of football teams it would probably force both Clark Atlanta and Morehouse into the Western Division, which would be kinda weird.
Or they could go to North vs South which would be weird to me too.

So what do you think the estimated time table is on this if it were to happen, and do you all trust the leadership in place to make it happen?
What lessons can you learn from ASU and FAMU’s preciously failed attempts?
I think anything is possible. If you have a strategy leadership and support I say go for it. If it doesn’t work then you regroup and try it again - just as long as you learn along the way.

He has already missed the deadline to file in a handful of states and hasn't been approved by the FEC.
His clown @zz is seeking attention as usual. Eff him...
The SIAC hasn’t canceled football season (yet), but here’s what could happen
The final vote is on the 7th, but it just isn’t cost effective. Lower ticket sales equates to lower revenue, increased costs associated with cleaning and testing - COVID tests average about $100 a pop if I’m not mistaken. P5 school can take the hit because they’ve got TV contracts to fall back on. We don’t have that luxury.
I think the vote is just a formality. I could be wrong but I think it is a fore gone conclusion IMO.
Ivan. Please tell me that they are also resurfacing the track. I should add that if they should even want to add opposite side stands, they simply tear up the street between the stadium and the chapel.
Is that enough space to build a visitor’s side though? The street acts as a much needed buffer between the stadium and the building.
There is sufficient space on the one side so I don’t see them taking on that project unless y’all grow out of it.
I think BT Harvey stadium is a cool stadium. Might need an upgrade or two but it’s just fine to me. I enjoy going there and to CAU.
HouseRules, its been a minute since I actually drove by the stadium especially since I have been working from home. I didn't know they were upgrading the field. Clearly they can take their time doing that.
I’m envisioning it, and I don’t see where there is room. Isn’t there a road and a building right behind the visitor sideline?
That one side seats 9,000 people if I’m not mistaken and you have lights. I don’t think you should hold your breath either doll.
I’m not surprised with this and I expect others to follow suit. Fall will be interesting because I’m sure just like flu cases increase in October Covid will as well - heck it is already rising again. If people keep acting like Corona went on vacation this fall will be terrible.
I will miss it but it’s really for the best.
Besides our focus should be on enrollment and getting the Board of Regents and State Legislators to properly fund our institutions.
D1 is not on the radar - we aren’t interested and even if we were it isn’t possible in the near future.

Hey y'all, I just wanted to pass along that I was just awarded tenure at Cal State University Northridge this month! It's been a long time coming and I thought I'd share that here in the forum. Many of you remember when I first got on this forum when I was in grad school back in '99 at LSU. So, I wanted my Onnidan "family" to know I finally made it!

I do believe this man is dumber than Brian Kemp, and that is hard to be.
I have never seen a picture of him when he didn't have this dumb look on his face.
What a complete dunderhead

Everyone in the club and whoever they came in contact with needs to be tested. Lot of folks with no masked!
Actually that isn't true. He was asymptomatic and only found out because he collapsed and they ran a barrage of tests. He had no clue.
