K----, you don't speak for the majority of anyone.

And you do.

I said, "  I live in Florida, and I can say confidently that the overwhelming majority of Blacks are unhappy with DeSantis.

......Meanwhile, only 16% of Black voters liked the Governor, while 71% disapproved.

https://floridapolitics.com/archives/496833-poll-ron-desantis-favorability-is-above-60-with-independents/

I never said, I spoke for anyone but myself - Ass.  DeSantis will do just fine. He's outstanding. He did the right thing redistricting. DeSantis owes Floridians good government and this is what he's giving them. Blacks supported the crack head fag. Florida would have been a GD mess if he had won the governorship and Blacks would have been worse off.

I am trying to understand how you can support what he did with redistricting because what did hurts black people.

I was hoping he would land in the SWAC, MEAC SIAC, anywhere ELSE other than the CIAA, ESPECIALLY the North.

Welp, an already heated rivalry has officially been TURNT UP!!

You got that right!!  We play you guys for our homecoming so I guess most, if not all of Maryland will be there.

Will the Racist Republicans and conservatives go after Brown vs. Board of Education next?  We all know that former Chief Justice William Rehnquist said that the case was wrongly decided.

New York Republicans are praising a mid-level appellate court ruling that concluded Democrats engaged in gerrymandering when drawing the state’s new congressional district boundaries.

What are your thoughts on the gerrymandering that just happened in Florida courtesy of your fellow Republican/Racist Ron DeSantis?

 :offtopic:

I asked you a question.  How is that off topic?

Integration has gotten black people no where in America and yet we still keep seeking white Americans acceptance. It's sad that HBCUs on the east coast are jumping to seek white folks conferences thinking it's going to take them to the glory land.

The sermon has been preached.  Let us open the doors of the church...

Long gone is the Democratic Party of your parents’ generation. They have morphed and contorted themselves into a political party no longer relatable or recognizable to most of America.

Today’s Democratic Party embraces the extreme, rewards the radical, shuns the sensible, and caters to the contemptible.

Not too long ago there were Democrats who were concerned about the finances of the country. They were affectionately referred to as "Blue Dog Democrats" who were worried about deficits and debt. There is no place for them in today’s Democratic Party. President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris just introduce the largest budget ever with the largest tax increase ever requested.  There very few "Blue Dogs" in Congress, and they are on their way to extinction.

Leftist policies have become so extreme, even traditional liberals no longer recognize today’s Democratic party. With never ending mask mandates, mandatory vaccinations, and control of individual self-determination, liberalism has been abandoned.

Today's Republican Party is dead.  It is not the same party when MLK was in it.  It is full of racists....go back and read Nixon's Southern Strategy.  That is when the Republican Party of today became full of racists.

11
The goal for the Racist Republicans is to get this case to the Supreme Court.  Their ultimate goal is to take us back to segregation and the Jim Crow era.

Unfortunately, the former President will get another chance to be President at another HBCU.  Our schools love to recycle bad leadership.

I'd place a call to Coach Sewell and see if he really wants to take the DC job at Alabama St. Hiring him and Coach Swann solves both your coaching vacancies.

Atlantic Regional: Mar 12

#1 Indiana (PA) vs #8 Fayetteville ST
#2 West Liberty vs #7 West VA State

South Regional:  Mar 12

#1 Nova Southeastern vs #8 Savannah ST
#4 Union vs #5 Miles

Good luck Broncos and Tigers, but why do HBCUs always play the top team at their location in the first round?

It depends on how schools are ranked in the region.  We had the opportunity to host on our campus a few years ago and two CIAA teams were in the tournament (Virginia State University and Virginia Union University).

Unfortunately we have fallen quite far in status in D2.  If I recall correctly, with the exception you list, we have been 8th seeded most of the last decade at least. If I also recall correctly that Union won the tournament that year. It didn't help that y'all got worked by the 8 seed.

In the not too distant past we got at least two in every year.  I can recall 3 teams making it on occasion.

Yes, you are correct that we lost to Virginia Union in the tournament that year.  However, that didn't affect our #1 regional ranking which allowed us to host the first round of the playoffs.  Virginia Union had to play us in the playoffs on our home court and we sent them back up 95 with a loss.
