This would get you fired in a HBCU. However, do you see how administration quickly covered for him instead of pushing the HC out in front of the bus

We need to discipline our kids. The earliest you can, it needs to be done. If we bring back, “A HARD HEAD MAKES A SOFT a--!” We wouldn’t have to worry about them in the future. Worked for me.

A good lawyer will have fun with this. In all my lifetime I can never recall anyone being dismissed over breaking us a fight? Smells fishy. He is the last of Bill Hayes’ appointments in the department.

According to school officials, this is fake news. However I wonder if it has to do with him being a Hayes hire or the chancellor on the hot seat.

The land will be filled with dirt and then comes your next HBCU. Built right on top of it.
As I sit and watch my Redskins vs the Cowgirls and tackling this Ham, it has me thinking about the end of football season. The Cowboys suck and have been for years. Jerry Jones is the Owner but will not fire the HC. Why is it so easy for us to fire black coaches? Will we ever have another Eddie Robinson in HBCU football?
Will we every make our coaches comfortable enough to stay put vs always seeking greener grass?
I have been in many stadiums this year and it takes very little for us to point all blame on head coaches. If a kid fumbles, it’s the coach, drop a ball - the coach, miss a tackle- coach.
